As a Roboticist engineer, you will building autonomous robotics solutions for greenhouses & vertical farms & manufacturing & production. We are redefining production in a fully autonomous swarm of robots working together to execute various activities which are currently dependent on human labour.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and maintain the sensing, actuation, localization, and mapping capabilities of robotic platform for reliable performance at scale in greenhouse/vertical farming/production environments
  • Writing performant and maintainable code in C++/Python using ROS
  • Together with the data scientists, develop & implement algorithms for visual aided navigation, optical sense-and-avoid, and pick-and-place activities
  • Develop a strong understanding of grow-site operations and identify possibilities for automation using robotics

 

  • Masters/PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, or a related robotics-focused field
  • Demonstrated ability, either through previous projects, advanced education/research, and/or knowledge of the robotics field
  • Working knowledge of both Python and C++
  • Prior ROS experience is a must
  • Understanding of motion planning, control, perception, navigation, and/or simulation
  • Proven track record of innovation in applying algorithms and advancing robotics a plus
