What happens after my application?
Once you’ve applied for a job at out company we start the initial application screening. If you pass the screening, a recruiter will contact you for a video interview to discuss your work history, experience and education. If the recruiter feels you have potential, your CV and video interview will be sent to a selection of companies. The companies that are interested will make appointments with you for a second video interview. When we find a good match all required files will be send to IND (Dutch Immigration Service) to apply for a work visa. Usually the IND will approve within 2 weeks. The process can be highly time-consuming. The IND strives to process applications within 4 to 6 weeks, but it can take up to 3 months.
