We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Industrial Electrician to join our team. As an industrial electrician, you will be tasked with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in industrial environments. You will work with complex electrical machinery and infrastructure in factories, plants, and industrial buildings. This role involves troubleshooting faults, ensuring electrical safety, and performing regular maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure the smooth operation of industrial equipment. A solid understanding of high-voltage systems, electrical schematics, and safety procedures is essential. The successful candidate will be expected to work in high-pressure situations, respond quickly to emergencies, and carry out planned and unplanned maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in industrial environments.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems with machinery and control systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment longevity.
- Work with high-voltage equipment such as transformers and switchgear.
- Interpret electrical schematics and diagrams for complex industrial systems.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations and standards.
- Assist in the planning and installation of new electrical systems and equipment.
- Respond to emergency electrical issues and perform necessary repairs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an industrial electrician.
- In-depth knowledge of industrial electrical systems, machinery, and control systems.
- Experience with high-voltage systems and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments with minimal supervision.
- Relevant certifications or licenses for industrial electrical work.
