Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Service and Maintenance Technician to perform on-site inspections, repairs, and routine maintenance of electrical systems for our clients. This role involves traveling to various client sites, assessing the condition of electrical systems, and providing timely repairs or maintenance. The ideal candidate has excellent troubleshooting skills, can work independently in diverse environments, and is comfortable interacting with clients to provide clear explanations of the work being performed. As part of your role, you will maintain detailed service records, ensure that all repairs meet safety and performance standards, and provide recommendations for system improvements when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site inspections, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Respond to client service requests and diagnose electrical issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure electrical systems remain functional.
- Keep detailed service records and documentation of repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure all repairs comply with safety regulations and performance standards.
- Communicate with clients about repairs, costs, and future maintenance needs.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
- Travel to various client sites and manage time efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance electrician.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Relevant electrical certifications and licenses.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel frequently for on-site repairs.
