Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Millwright Professional to join a team in the Netherlands. As a Millwright Professional, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and dismantling machinery and equipment in various industrial settings. The ideal candidate should possess a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This position requires a high level of precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair work on industrial machinery and equipment.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
Diagnose problems and develop appropriate solutions to ensure efficient operation.
Use a variety of hand and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and adjust machinery.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure the completion of projects within specified timeframes.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment specifications.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians or apprentices.
Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Millwright Professional or similar role.
Solid understanding of mechanical principles and systems.
Proficiency in using various hand and power tools.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
Availability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Completion of a millwright apprenticeship program or relevant technical training.
Additional certifications or licenses may be advantageous.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
