Job Description: Service Technician (Refrigeration Engineering WTB Installation Technology)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician with expertise in Refrigeration Engineering and WTB (Water, Gas, and Heating) Installation Technology. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration systems in commercial and industrial settings. This role requires in-depth knowledge of refrigeration technology, as well as strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain refrigeration systems, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and controls.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on refrigeration units to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions.
Perform system commissioning and startup activities, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety standards.
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific refrigeration needs and provide expert recommendations.
Conduct system performance tests, monitor temperature and pressure levels, and adjust settings as necessary.
Provide technical assistance and training to clients and internal teams on proper system operation and maintenance.
Keep accurate records of service activities, including maintenance logs, work orders, and inventory of spare parts.
Stay updated with industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices in refrigeration engineering.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on-site, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all stakeholders.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Refrigeration Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role, preferably in the refrigeration industry.
In-depth knowledge of refrigeration systems, components, and installation practices.
Proficiency in WTB (Water, Gas, and Heating) Installation Technology.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and resources.
Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and procedures.
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to client sites.
