Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join a team of Operators Vapro B and C. As an Operator Vapro B/C, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our vaporization equipment, ensuring its efficient and safe operation. You will play a crucial role in our production process and contribute to the overall success of our company.
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor vaporization equipment, following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment to ensure proper functioning
Adjust equipment settings as required to maintain optimal vaporization conditions
Monitor and record data related to equipment performance, such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates
Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment malfunctions and perform basic repairs
Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and maintain a smooth workflow
Comply with all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
Participate in training programs and stay updated on the latest industry practices and technological advancements
Maintain accurate records of production activities, equipment maintenance, and any incidents or issues encountered
Contribute to process improvement initiatives by suggesting and implementing innovative ideas
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus
Proven experience as an operator in a manufacturing or similar environment
Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand and operate complex equipment
Knowledge of vaporization systems, their components, and basic maintenance procedures
Familiarity with safety protocols and adherence to standard operating procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required
